1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Self-Paced Courses: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
• Live Workshops/Webinars: Refund requests must be submitted at least 42 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Career Coaching & Mentorship: Once a 1-on-1 session is completed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital study materials or clinical handbooks that have already been downloaded.
• Administrative fees or processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.
• Subscription-based “Pro” memberships after the initial 7-day trial period.

3. Requesting a Refund
