1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Self-Paced Courses: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Live Workshops/Webinars: Refund requests must be submitted at least 42 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Career Coaching & Mentorship: Once a 1-on-1 session is completed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital study materials or clinical handbooks that have already been downloaded.
- Administrative fees or processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.
- Subscription-based “Pro” memberships after the initial 7-day trial period.
3. Requesting a Refund

- A brief reason for the request (to help us improve our services).
4. Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

We recognize that medical emergencies or sudden clinical shift changes occur. If you miss a live session due to professional duties, please contact us with supporting documentation to discuss credit options or access to recorded sessions.
